经颅磁刺激联合靳三针治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能障碍的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Jin’s Three Needles in Treating Upper Limb Dysfunction in Stroke Hemiplegia Patients

目的观察经颅磁刺激联合靳三针治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能障碍的效果。方法60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机均分为四组,研究组采取经颅磁刺激+靳三针治疗,对照1组采取靳三针治疗,对照2组采取经颅磁刺激治疗,对照3组采取常规治疗,比较四组的治疗结果。结果研究组的总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照1组、2组、3组的53.33%、46.67%、46.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、改良Barthel指数、SF-36评分均显著高于对照1组、2组、3组(P<0.05)。结论经颅磁刺激联合靳三针治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果显著,可改善上肢功能障碍,提高生活质量,促进运动功能恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Jin’s three needles in the treatment of upper limb dysfunction in stroke hemiplegia patients. Methods 60 stroke hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into four groups, with15 cases in each group. The study group was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation + Jin’s three needles, the control group 1 was treated with Jin’s three needles, the control group 2 was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation, and the control group 3 received routine treatment. The treatment effects of the four groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 53.33%, 46.67%, 46.67% of the control group 1, control group 2 and control group 3(P <0.05). After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer motor function score, modified Barthel index and SF-36 scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group 1, control group 2 and control group 3(P <0.05). Conclusions Transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Jin’s three needles in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia patients has significant effect, which can improve upper limb dysfunction, improve the quality of life and promote the recovery of motor function.
