磁共振成像诊断髋关节撞击综合征的临床价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨磁共振成像诊断髋关节撞击综合征(FAI)的临床价值。方法随机选择我院2016年1月至2018年10月收治的FAI患者60例,将股骨头或股骨头颈移行部位形态异常的35例患者列为C组,其余25例患者列为P组,所有患者均给予MRI检查,观察其影像学特征,比较两组患者的MRI信号异常率。结果髋关节撞击综合征在MRI影像学上见髋臼缘在T2WI上出现异常低信号伴轴位骨质的稍高信号,或髋臼唇形态及信号异常。C组患者的股骨头骨质异常信号阳性率和髋臼骨质异常信号阳性率均显著高于P组(P<0.05),两组患者的关节面软骨信号不均匀、关节积液、髋臼唇形态及信号异常阳性率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论磁共振成像诊断髋关节撞击综合征具有重要的临床价值,能够为疾病的诊断和分型提供可靠依据。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of femoro-acetabular impingement(FAI). Methods Sixty patients with FAI in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were randomly selected. 35 patients with abnormal morphology of the femoral head or femoral head and neck transition were classified as group C, and the remaining 25 patients were classified as group P. MRI was performed in all patients, and the imaging features were observed. The abnormal rates of MRI signals were compared between the two groups. Results Abnormal low signal of acetabular rim on T2 WI, slightly high signal of axial bone,or abnormal shape and signal of acetabular lip were found on MRI images of FAI. The positive rate of abnormal signal of femoral head and positive rate of abnormal signal of acetabular bone in group C were higher than those in group P(P <0.05). No significant difference was found in the positive rates of abnormal signal of articular cartilage, joint effusion, and abnormal shape and signal of acetabular lip between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusions Magnetic resonance imaging has important clinical value in the diagnosis of FAI, which can provide reliable basis for the diagnosis and classification of the disease.
