鼠神经生长因子联合依达拉奉治疗脑出血的疗效及对神经功能的影响

Efficacy of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor Combined with Edaravone in the Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage and Its Impact on the Neurological Function

摘要 目的探讨鼠神经生长因子联合依达拉奉治疗脑出血的疗效及对神经功能的影响。方法98例脑出血患者随机均分为两组,对照组予以依达拉奉治疗,观察组予以鼠神经生长因子联合依达拉奉治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,NIHSS评分,NSE、S100β蛋白、MBP水平,以及不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率为91.84%,显著高于对照组的77.55%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.01),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组的血清NSE、S100β蛋白及MBP水平较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.01),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组的不良反应总发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子联合依达拉奉治疗脑出血患者能明显缓解临床症状,减轻脑损伤,改善神经功能,且安全性高。 Objective To explore the efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor combined with edaravone in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage and its impact on the neurological function. Methods 98 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was treated with edaravone, and the observation group was treated with mouse nerve growth factor combined with edaravone. The clinical efficacy, NIHSS score, levels of NSE, S100β protein and MBP, and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91.84%, significantly higher than 77.55% of control group(P <0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS scores of both groups decreased significantly(P <0.01), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.01). After treatment, the levels of NSE, S100β protein and MBP of both groups decreased significantly(P <0.01), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.01). No statistical difference was found between two groups in the total incidence of adverse reactions(P >0.05). Conclusions Mouse nerve growth factor combined with edaravone in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms, alleviate brain injury, improve nerve function, and has high safety.
