苯巴比妥联合卡马西平对癫痫病患者认知功能的影响

Effects of Phenobarbital Combined with Carbamazepine on Cognitive Function in Patients with Epilepsy

目的观察苯巴比妥联合卡马西平对癫痫病患者认知功能的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2018年9月我院收治的癫痫病患者114例,随机分为两组各57例。对照组接受卡马西平治疗,观察组接受苯巴比妥联合卡马西平治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,以及治疗前后的认知功能、癫痫发作次数。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为89.47%,显著高于对照组的73.68%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、癫痫发作次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的MoCA评分均较治疗前显著提高,癫痫发作次数均较治疗前显著减少,且观察组的MoCA评分及癫痫发作次数均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯巴比妥联合卡马西平治疗癫痫病的效果显著,有利于促进患者的认知功能恢复,减少癫痫发作次数,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of phenobarbital combined with carbamazepine on cognitive function in patients with epilepsy. Methods 114 patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 57 cases in each group. The control group was treated with carbamazepine, and the observation group was treated with phenobarbital combined with carbamazepine. The clinical efficacy, and the cognitive function and frequency of epilepsy attack before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was89.47%, significantly higher than 73.68% in the control group(P <0.05). Before treatment, no significant difference was found in the MoCA score and frequency of epilepsy attack between the two groups(P >0.05);After treatment, both groups had significantly increased MoCA score and decreased frequency of epilepsy attack, and the MoCA score and frequency of epilepsy attack of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Phenobarbital combined with carbamazepine for the treatment of patients with epilepsy has significant effect, which is helpful to promote the recovery of cognitive function and reduce the frequency of epilepsy attack of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
