血府逐瘀汤用于气滞血瘀心悸的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Qi Stagnation, Blood Stasis and Palpitation

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀心悸患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年1月至2017年1月收治的气滞血瘀型冠心病患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗基础上采用血府逐瘀汤治疗,比较两组患者的总有效率及不良反应。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为100.0%,显著高于对照组的83.3%(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为0.0%,显著低于对照组的16.7%(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀心悸患者可在较短时间内缓解患者的心悸、胸痛等不适症状,提高疾病治疗效果。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in patients with Qi stagnation, blood stasis and palpitations. Methods 60 cases of patients with coronary heart disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type in our hospital January 2014 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine. The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 100.0%, significantly higher than 83.3% of the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 0.0%, significantly lower than 16.7% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of patients with Qi stagnation, blood stasis and palpitation can relieve palpitation, chest pain and other discomfort symptoms in a short time, and improve the efficacy of disease treatment.
