止痛中药配合阿片类药物治疗中重度癌性疼痛的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Analgesic Chinese Herbs Combined with Opioid Drugs in the Treatment of Moderate to Severe Cancer Pain

目的观察止痛中药配合阿片类药物治疗中重度癌性疼痛的效果。方法选择2015年7月至2017年9月我院收治的中重度癌性疼痛患者100例,随机分为两组各50例。对照组接受阿片类药物治疗,观察组接受止痛中药配合阿片类药物治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、生活质量评分和疼痛评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的生活质量评分为(86.34±8.42)分,显著高于对照组的(77.59±7.45)分(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的疼痛评分为(2.34±0.18)分,显著低于对照组的(5.51±1.37)分(P<0.05)。结论止痛中药配合阿片类药物治疗中重度癌性疼痛能够有效缓解疼痛,提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of analgesic Chinese herbs combined with opioid drugs in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain. Methods 100 patients with moderate or severe cancer pain in our hospital from July 2015 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with opioid drugs, and the observation group was treated with analgesic Chinese herbs combined with opioid drugs. The therapeutic effect, life quality score and pain score were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 90.00%, significantly higher than 76.00% of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the life quality score of the observation group was(86.34 ± 8.42) points,significantly higher than(77.59 ± 7.45) points of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the pain score of the observation group was(2.34 ± 0.18) points, significantly lower than(5.51 ± 1.37) points of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Analgesic Chinese herbs combined with opioid drugs in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain can effectively relieve pain and improve the life quality of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
