摘要
目的探讨清化方联合噻托溴铵吸入剂对呼吸机相关性重症肺炎患者肺功能和炎性反应的影响。方法162例呼吸机相关性重症肺炎患者随机分为观察组(n=81)和对照组(n=81),对照组患者采用噻托溴铵吸入剂治疗,观察组患者采用清化方联合噻托溴铵吸入剂治疗。比较两组患者的机械通气时间、ICU入住时间、住院时间、肺功能以及炎性反应因子。结果观察组患者的机械通气时间、ICU入住时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束时,观察组患者的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平均显著高于对照组,CRP、TNF-α、PCT水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清化方联合噻托溴铵吸入剂能显著改善呼吸机相关性重症肺炎患者的肺功能和炎性反应,促进患者的及早康复。
Objective To explore the effects of Qinghua recipe combined with tiotropium bromide inhalation on pulmonary function and inflammatory response in patients with severe ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods 162 cases of patients with severe ventilatorassociated pneumonia were randomly divided into the observation group(n = 81) and the control group(n = 81). The control group was treated with tiotropium bromide inhalation, and the observation group was treated with Qinghua recipe combined with tiotropium bromide inhalation. The duration of mechanical ventilation, ICU staying time, hospitalization time, pulmonary function and inflammatory response factors were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of mechanical ventilation, ICU staying time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P <0.05). At the end of treatment, the levels of FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group, and the levels of CRP, TNF-α and PCT were significantly lower than those of control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Qinghua recipe combined with tiotropium bromide inhalation can obviously improve the pulmonary function and inflammatory response of patients with severe ventilator-associated pneumonia, and promote the early rehabilitation of patients.
