Objective To explore the application value of family nursing intervention in preventing arteriovenous fistula(AVF thrombosis in hemodialysis patients. Methods Thirty patients with hemodialysis through arteriovenous fistula in our hospital from July 2017 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was given family nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The mastery degree of self-care knowledge of chronic renal failure and internal fistula before and after discharge from hospital were compared between the two groups, and the AVF thrombosis rate within 1 year and the nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results At3, 6, 12 months after discharge from hospital, the mastery degree of self-care knowledge of chronic renal failure and internal fistula of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group(P <0.05). The thrombosis rate of experimental group was 0.00%,significantly lower than 26.67% of control group(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group was 93.33%, significantly higher than 60.00% of control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Family nursing intervention can effectively reduce the thrombosis rate of AVF in hemodialysis patients, and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction degree.
