八段锦运动对促进长期住院精神分裂症患者康复的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Baduanjin Exercise on Promoting Rehabilitation of Long-Term Hospitalized Patients with Schizophrenia

目的观察八段锦运动对促进长期住院精神分裂症患者康复的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月我院收治的长期住院精神分裂症患者64例,随机分为两组各32例。两组患者的抗精神药物治疗方案不变,对照组给予常规护理+每天散步1 h,观察组给予常规护理+每天2次八段锦运动练习,比较两组的干预效果。结果与干预前相比,观察组干预后的血脂及血糖指标水平均有显著改善(P<0.05),对照组干预后仅HDL水平显著降低(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者的体重指数显著低于对照组,睡眠障碍、睡眠质量、睡眠效率、入睡时间、睡眠时间评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论八段锦运动可有效促进长期住院精神分裂症患者的康复,改善患者的糖脂代谢、体重指数以及睡眠质量,具有推广价值。

Objective To observe the effect of Baduanjin exercise on promoting rehabilitation of long-term hospitalized patients with schizophrenia. Methods 64 cases of long-term hospitalized patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 32 cases in each group. The antipsychotic drug treatment plans of the two groups remained unchanged. The control group received routine nursing + walking for 1 hour every day, while the observation group received routine nursing + Baduanjin exercise twice a day. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with those before intervention, the levels of blood lipid and blood sugar indicators improved significantly after intervention in the observation group(P<0.05), while only the HDL level decreased significantly after intervention in the control group(P <0.05). After intervention, the body mass index of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the scores of sleep disorder, sleep quality, sleep efficiency,time to sleep and sleep duration of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Baduanjin exercise can effectively promote the rehabilitation of long-term hospitalized patients with schizophrenia, and improve patients’ glucose and lipid metabolism, body mass index and sleep quality, which has promotion value.
