门诊护理干预对老年肺结核患者治疗依从性的影响分析

Analysis on the Influence of Outpatient Nursing Intervention on the Treatment Compliance of Elderly Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的分析门诊护理干预对老年肺结核患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2018年1月我院收治的老年肺结核患者100例,随机分为两组各50例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予门诊护理干预。所有患者均随访1年。比较两组患者护理干预前后的治疗依从性(ARS评分)及护理满意度。结果干预前,两组患者的ARS评分无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的ARS评分显著低于干预前(P<0.05),对照组患者的ARS评分与干预前比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组干预后的ARS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为96.00%,显著高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。结论门诊护理干预能够显著提高老年肺结核患者的治疗依从性,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the influence of outpatient nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given outpatient nursing intervention. All patients were followed up for 1 year. The treatment compliance(ARS score) before and after intervention, as well as the nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention, no significant difference was found in the ARS score between the two groups(P >0.05);After intervention, the ARS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that before intervention(P <0.05), while the ARS score of the control group had no statistical difference compared with that before intervention(P >0.05);After intervention, the ARS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.00%,significantly higher than 84.00% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Outpatient nursing intervention can obviously improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
