早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者母儿围产期并发症的影响

Effects of Early Nursing Intervention on the Maternal and Neonatal Complications During Perinatal Period in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者母儿围产期并发症的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年2月期间我院收治的50例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组各25例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施早期护理干预。比较两组的产妇及新生儿围产期并发症发生率,比较两组产妇的护理满意度。结果观察组的产妇及新生儿围产期并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,产妇的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论早期护理干预有助于减少妊娠期糖尿病患者的母儿围产期并发症发生率,提高产妇的护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effects of early nursing intervention on the maternal and neonatal complications during perinatal period in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM). Methods 50 cases of patients with GDM admitted to our hospital from June2018 to February 2019 were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received early nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidences of maternal and neonatal complications during perinatal period, and the maternal nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The incidences of maternal and neonatal complications during perinatal period of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the maternal nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Early nursing intervention is helpful to reduce the incidences of maternal and neonatal complications during perinatal period in patients with GDM, and improve the maternal nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
