精神分裂症患者认知功能与犬尿氨酸代谢物的关联 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索精神分裂症患者认知功能和犬尿氨酸代谢途径(KP)的改变特征。方法选取2015年1月至2017年12月广州市惠爱医院收治的精神分裂症患者39例,匹配健康对照者60例,评定精神症状及认知功能,采集静脉血检测血清中色氨酸、犬尿氨酸、犬尿喹啉酸水平。比较两组的KP代谢物水平及认知功能,分析认知功能与KP代谢物的相关性。结果与对照组相比,患者组的认知功能下降,血清犬尿氨酸升高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01),犬尿喹啉酸水平与注意/警觉性呈正相关(P=0.033)。结论精神分裂症患者注意/警觉性与血清犬尿喹啉酸改变有关。 Objective To explore the changing features of cognitive function and kynurenine metabolic pathway(KP) in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 39 patients with schizophrenia and 60 healthy controls(HCs) from January 2015 to December 2017 in Guangzhou Huiai Hospital were selected in the study. The psychiatric symptoms and cognitive function were assessed. Blood samples were collected,and serum concentrations of tryptophan(TRP), kynurenine(KYN) and kynurenic acid(KYNA) were measured. The cognitive function and serum levels of KP metabolites were compared between schizophrenia and HCs. Associations between KP metabolites and cognitive function were analyzed. Results Compared with HCs, cognitive functions in schizophrenia decreased, the serum level of KYN increased(all P <0.01). In schizophrenia, a significant positive correlation was found between KYNA level and attention/vigilance(P = 0.033).Conclusions Attention/vigilance is associated with serum KYNA change in schizophrenia patients.
