My opinion on career planning education in secondary vocational schools

在全社会都认识到职业生涯规划教育重要性的今天,作为一所中职学校我们通过各种方法和途径帮助学生选择适合自己的专业,以赛促练,理实结合,帮助学生学好专业通过问卷调查掌握学生思想现状,更是对德育课所学内容进行了调整,使课堂内的职业生涯规划教育更符合学生认知规律,同时通过组织各式各样的课外活动,润物无声的对学生进行职业生涯规划教育,从而使职校学生能够树立起符合国家和社会要求的职业价值观。

Today,the whole society is aware of the importance of career planning education.As a secondary vocational school,we help students choose their own major through various ways and means,promote training by competition,combine theory with practice,help students learn their major well,grasp students ideological status through questionnaire survey,and adjust the content of moral education lessons,so as to make their career in the classroom.Planning education is more in line with the students cognitive law.Meanwhile,through organizing various extracurricular activities,students can carry out career planning education silently,so that vocational school students can establish professional values that meet the requirements of the state and society.
