In order to train high-skilled talents in Higher Vocational colleges,we must deepen the teaching reform and adhere to the standard of ability.In practice,the actual job requirements of the post are the fundamental basis for setting up courses and determining the contents of courses.It is an effective way for higher vocational colleges to achieve sustainable development to establish a competency-based curriculum system and implement competency-based teaching methods.
