我国为多民族国家,在民族总数中少数民族所占比重相对较小,但其民族文化及资源较为丰富,因此少数民族文化及资源受到各界人士关注与青睐。以教育行业为例,注重将民族元素资源引入幼儿园环境中,幼儿园环境创设情况直接影响者幼儿的身心发展,因此为使我国幼儿能够实现全面发展,必须加强幼儿园环境建设与民族资源开发与融合,如此不但能够促进幼儿的个性化发展,还将为我国幼儿教育奠定坚实基础。
