摘要
一般而言,在实际设计工业生产中,零件的精度总会受到来自于机械加工工艺的影响。因此机械加工工艺对零件加工精度的高低决定性巨大。所以为了提高零件在加工过程中的精度,其解决措施就是有必要提高机械加工工艺的水平和降低机械加工工艺对零件加工精度的影响。本文先介绍了机械加工工艺的概念以后,再分析机械加工工艺对零件加工精度的具体影响因素与列举相关实例。
In general,in the actual design of industrial production,the accuracy of parts will always be affected by the machiningprocess.Therefore,the machining process is highly decisive for the machining accuracy of the parts.Therefore,in order to improve the accuracy of the parts in the processing process,the solution is to improve the level of the machining process and reduce the impact of the machining process on the machining accuracy of the parts.This paper first introduces the concept of machining process,then analyzes the specific influencing factors of mechanical machining process on the machining accuracy of parts and enumerates related examples.
