摘要
本文针对创新投入和产出的问题,通过主成分分析法,运用MATLAB,建立了对技术创新政策实施效果评价模型。如果能解决这个问题,政府会更好地开展创新活动,加快发展的进度。问题采用了回归模型,分成单投入多产出和多投入多产出两类。先对产出的几个指标进行主成分分析,得出的产出的回归系数;再对投入的指标进行主成分,得出投入的回归系数。以南京为例,政府技术投入资金与企业技术创新产出的关系X=0.4013Y1+0.0346Y2+0.4223Y3+0.4101Y4+0.4308Y5,企业经费投入与企业技术创新产出的关系为0.5864X1+0.5958X2+0.5488X3=0.4013Y1+0.0346Y2+0.4223Y3+0.4101Y4+0.4308Y5。
this paper aimed at the problem of innovation input and output,through the principal component analysis method,the use of MATLAB,the establishment of technology innovation policy implementation effect evaluation model.If this problem can be solved,the government will better carry out innovative activities and accelerate the pace of development.The problem is divided into two types: single-input multi-output and multi-input multi-output.Firstly,several indexes of output are analyzed by principal component analysis,and the regression coefficient of output is obtained.Then the principal component of the input index is obtained,and the regression coefficient of the input is obtained.Take nanjing as an example,the relationship between government technology investment funds and technological innovation output of enterprises.
