巧用拓展活动提高体育教学实效的探讨

Discussion on Using the Expansion Activities to Improve the Actual Effect of Physical Education Teaching

传统教学观念中初中体育课程一直没有引起大家的广泛重视,但是随着教育改革的不断深入,尤其是在新课程改革的大背景下,体育的课程教学已经逐渐被大家接受和重视。本文通过研究当前初中阶段体育课程存在的问题及现状,对体育教学的现状进行了分析与研究,并以素质教育为出发点,通过拓展活动的有效开展,提出了提高初中体育课程教学的有效性措施,希望给大家带来一些帮助。

The traditional teaching concept of physical education in junior middle school has not aroused widespread attention,but with the deepening of educational reform,especially in the context of the new curriculum reform,Physical education curriculum teaching has been gradually accepted and valued.By studying the existing problems and the present situation of physical education curriculum in junior middle school,this paper analyzes and studies the present situation and takes quality education as the starting point.This paper puts forward some effective measures to improve the teaching of physical education in junior high school,and hopes to bring some help to everyone.
