供给侧改革视域下高职院校工程造价人才培养模式创新研究

Research on Innovation of Training Mode of Engineering Cost Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

供给侧改革是近年来教育界热议的课题之一,已成为高职院校教学改革的主流思路。本文以高职院校工程造价人才培养模式为研究案例,探讨供给侧改革视域下创新人才培养模式的必要性;客观分析当前高职院校工程造价人才培养模式的不足之处,在此基础上提出基于供给侧改革目标落实人才培养模式创新策略的有效路径。

Supply-side reform is one of the hot topics in education circles in recent years and has become the mainstream thinking of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.This paper takes the project cost training model of higher vocational colleges as a case study to explore the necessity of innovation training model under the supply side reform.Objective to analyze the shortcomings of the current project cost training model of higher vocational colleges,and then put forward an effective way to implement the innovation strategy of the training model based on the goal of supply side reform.
