基于问卷调查的睡眠对地铁司机疲劳影响分析

摘要 通过修改型匹兹堡睡眠质量测试表(PSQI)根据采样定理取样测评了地铁列车司机的睡眠品质,分析发现峰班和夜班司机易疲劳,且主观感受居多。提出宜加强多点出勤制度研究;加强司机心里健康辅导,如在日常培训中传授缓解心理疲劳相关的技术,开展舒缓疲劳的训练课程、心理辅导专家谈心沟通、心理辅导电话热线或缓解压力讲座等。通过有意识的主动疏导司机心理压力,来较早介入司机心理疲劳的产生阶段,防止其持续累积,最终提升地铁司机驾驶安全度。 the sleep quality of subway train drivers was measured by modified Pittsburgh Sleep quality Test Table(PSQI)according to sampling theorem.It was found that peak shift and night shift drivers were prone to fatigue and subjective feeling was the majority.It is suggested that the study of multi-point attendance system should be strengthened.Strengthen the psychological health counseling of drivers,such as teaching related techniques of relieving mental fatigue in daily training,conducting training courses to relieve fatigue,psychological counseling experts talking and communicating,psychological counseling telephone hotline or stress relief lectures,etc.By consciously and actively unlocking the psychological pressure of the driver,it is necessary to intervene in the producing stage of the driver's psychological fatigue earlier so as to prevent its continuous accumulation.Improve the driving safety of subway drivers.
