摘要
无线充电小车能够在规定的时间内实现无线充电和断电自启动的功能,然后让小车运行直至将电量耗尽能够平地稳定行驶、坡道稳定爬坡。电路系统由硬件电路为主,软件控制为辅的电子模块组成。主要分为两大模块:电源端电路和小车运动控制电路。电源端电路包括无线充电模块的发射线圈模块和STM32F103RC单片机通过继电器的定时充电模块。小车运动控制电路包括无线充电模块的接收线圈模块、自行设计的自启动模块、5.5V15F电容充电模块、TPS63020的DC-DC稳压模块以及改装四驱车等模块。
The wireless charging car can realize the functions of wireless charging and power-off self-starting within a specified time,and then let the car run until the power is exhausted to be able to run smoothly on a flat road and to stabilize the slope.The circuit system is composed of hardware circuits and software control is supplemented by electronic modules.Mainly divided into two major modules:power supply circuit and trolley motion control circuit.The power terminal circuit includes a transmitting coil module of the wireless charging module and a timing charging module of the STM32F103RC single chip through the relay.The trolley motion control circuit includes a receiving coil module of the wireless charging module,a self-starting module designed by itself,a 5.5V 15F capacitor charging module,a DC-DC voltage regulator module of the TPS63020,and a modified four-wheel drive module.
