我国历史悠久,文明耀眼璀璨,优秀传统文化更是博大精深,其中很多思想理念和道德规范至今仍在对我们社会有着无可替代的影响,值得中华民族世代传承。优秀传统文化在职业教育下学生核心素养提升上能起到画龙点睛的作用。党的十八大后,习近平总书记多次在不同场合提及中华优秀传统文化对中华民族精神上的引领和指导,要求职业教育应积极弘扬传统文化中的精华,创新教学方式,将传统文化中促进人全面发展的部分作为综合素质培养的重要理论依据,高效实施对人才素质和职业技能的双效教学。因此,在职业教育传统文化教学中深入挖掘适合该阶段学生学习的传统文化精髓,结合相适的教学资源,形成有效的教学模式,促进学生核心素养的有效形成尤为重要。

Our country has a long history,brilliant civilization,excellent traditional culture is broad and profound,many of which still have irreplaceable impact on our society,worthy of inheritance from generation to generation by the Chinese nation.Excellent traditional culture can play an important role in enhancing the core quality of students in vocational education.After the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping mentioned on many occasions the guidance and guidance of Chinese excellent traditional culture on the spirit of the Chinese nation,demanding that vocational education should actively carry forward the essence of traditional culture,innovate teaching methods,and regard the part of promoting the overall development of people in traditional culture as the important part of comprehensive quality training.According to the theory,we should carry out the double effect teaching of talent quality and vocational skills efficiently.Therefore,it is particularly important to dig the essence of traditional culture suitable for students at this stage in the teaching of traditional culture in Vocational education,combine appropriate teaching resources,form an effective teaching mode,and promote the effective formation of students'core literacy.
