摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,人民生活水平的提升,建筑行业也得到了迅猛的发展。而建筑行业规模和数量的快速发展就导致了在建筑中需求的资源需求量也在逐年的增加。现阶段我国的资源仍然处在紧缺的状态,这就在发展和资源两个方面产生了矛盾。那么要想持续的发展就必须在解决资源的问题。因此可以从两个方面进行应对,一个是寻找新的资源,一个就是进行节能设计。显然节能设计更符合现阶段的发展理念。BIM技术在建筑设计中的应用就能够极大地改善能源的利用,实现对资源的合理利用,满足我国现阶段的能源节约的要求,因此,本文将基于BIM技术的建筑节能设计及逆行详细的探讨。
With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the construction industry has also been rapidly developed.The rapid development of the scale and quantity of the construction industry has led to an increase in the demand for resources in construction.At present,China's resources are still in a state of scarcity,which leads to contradictions between development and resources.Sustainable development must then address the issue of resources.Therefore,it can be dealt with from two aspects,one is to find new resources,and the other is to carry out energy-saving design.Obviously energy conservation design is more in line with the current development concept.The application of BIM technology in architectural design can greatly improve the use of energy,realize the rational use of resources,and meet the requirements of energy conservation at the current stage in our country.Therefore,this paper will discuss the design of architectural energy conservation and retrograde in detail based on BIM technology.
