江苏省高等职业院校技能大赛赛项分析及学生指导策略研究——以导游服务赛项为例

Analysis of Competition Items in Jiangsu Higher Vocational Colleges Skills Competition and Student Guidance Strategy Research:A Case Study of Tour Guide Service Competition

江苏省高等职业院校技能大赛是反映省内各高职院校学生职业技能服务水平的一个平台,如何让选手在大赛中取得优异的成绩,不仅要对赛项进行深入细致的分析,还要对选手的选拔和指导过程进行合理的安排和科学的规划。本文结合导游服务赛项指导教师两届参赛经历,对大赛赛项、指导过程、竞赛成绩等进行了研究和分析,并对改进和优化教师指导工作提出了建议,希望能为高职院校导游服务技能大赛的备赛工作有所借鉴。

Jiangsu Higher Vocational College Skills Competition is a platform that reflects the level of skills and services of various higher vocational students in Jiangsu Province.In order to make players achieve excellent results in the competition,we not only conduct in-depth and detailed analysis of the competition,but also require reasonable arrangements and scientific planning for the selection and guidance of the players.This article combines teacher’s two-years’experience of the tour-guide service competition to research and analysis of the competition content,guiding process and the competition results,etc.,and make sug gestions for improving and optimizing the teacher guidance work,hoping it can be used as a reference for preparing the higher vocational colleges competition.
