摘要
目的:分析护理专业临床教学现状及对策。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年6月100名至医院实习的护生,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组则采取PBL教学法。观察两组护生实习结束时的各项综合能力,并比较两组护生在模拟考核中的护理差错发生率。结论:PBL教学法在护理专业临床教学中具有较好的应用效果,有助于提高护生的综合能力,有助于降低实践活动中的护理差错发生率。
objective:to analyze the present situation and countermeasures of clinical teaching in nursing specialty.Methods:100 nursing students who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted the PBL teaching method.To observe the comprehensive abilities of the two groups at the end of the practice,and to compare the incidence of nursing errors in the simulated assessment.Conclusion:PBL teaching method has a good application effect in clinical teaching of nursing specialty,which is helpful to improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students and reduce the incidence of nursing errors in practice.
