学徒制教学法在中职汽修专业教育教学中的实践

摘要 随着《中国制造2025》相关政策的出台,我国的制造业以及汽车行业迎来了新一轮的春天,汽车的保有量也日益剧增,和汽车相关的行业也随之发展了起来,比如汽车销售,车联网等,但汽修业的滞缓发展,让它在这个大家庭中显得格外不协调。当前中职院校在汽修教学上还存在着不小的问题。学徒制教学法能够把理论和实践更好的结合起来,提升学生的岗位竞争力。让学生在校学习期间就按照企业岗位要求进行实践,改变了以往重理论、轻实践,重课堂教学、轻行业标准的教学现状。教学实践证明,学徒制教学法符合中职学生的特点,培养出的学生,也很受到社会的欢迎。 With the promulgation of the relevant policies on"made in China 2025",the manufacturing industry and the automobile industry of our country have ushered in a new round of spring,and the number of cars has increased dramatically,and the related industries have also developed,such as automobile sales.Car networking and so on,but the slow development of the auto repair industry,so that it in this large family is particularly uncoordinated.At present,there are still some problems in automobile repair teaching in secondary vocational colleges.pprenticeship teaching method can better combine theory and practice to enhance students'post competitiveness.Let the students carry on the practice according to the requirements of the enterprise post during the period of studying in school,and change the former emphasis on the theory,not the reality.Practice,emphasis on classroom teaching,light industry standards teaching status quo.The teaching practice proves that the apprenticeship teaching method accords with the characteristics of the secondary vocational students,and the students are also welcomed by the society.
