浅析中职机电教学中培养学生工匠精神

Brief Analysis of Cultivating Students Craftsman Spirit in Mechatronics Teaching in Secondaiy Vocational Schools

中职学校是为我国各行各业不断的输送人才的主要阵地。为了在中职教学中培养学生的工匠精神,教师需要采取有效的教学手段来引导学生加强对工匠精神的认知。本文首先分析了中职机电专业工匠精神的时代内涵,然后剖析了中职机电专业学生工匠精神的培养,最后针对如何在中职机电专业教学中培养学生的工匠精神提出了几点策略。

secondary vocational schools are the main position for the continuous transfer of talents in various industries of our country.In order to cultivate students'craftsmanship in secondary vocational teaching,teachers need to take effective teaching means to guide students to strengthen their cognition of craftsman's spirit.This paper first analyzes the connotation of craftsman spirit in secondary vocational school,then analyzes the cultivation of craftsman spirit of students in secondary vocational school,and finally puts forward some strategies on how to cultivate the craftsman spirit of students in electromechanical specialty teaching in secondary vocational school.
