现在是一个信息时代,网络遍布,很多中学生受到网络的影响非常大,有的很好的利用网络进行学习,让自己的成绩更上一层楼,但是更多的沉迷网络游戏,虚度光阴,迷上网络的电视视频,一发不可收拾。我们班也出现类似的情况,A同学迷恋网上追星,网上练习唱歌,网上直播唱歌、化妆,还会玩“抖音”“陌陌”等,本文通过仪式感教育让学生远离手机,戒除网瘾。

nowadays,in an information age,the Internet is everywhere.Many middle school students are greatly influenced by the Internet.Some of them make good use of the Internet to study and improve their academic performance.There is A similar situation in our class.A is obsessed with online celebrity worship,practicing singing online,singing online live,making up,and playing"tremolo"and"Momo".In this paper,through ritual education,students are kept away from mobile phones and get rid of Internet addiction.
