How to Cultivate Students English literacy in Junior English Classroom

新课改指引下的初中英语教学活动发生了翻天覆地的变化。在培养学生英语核心素养的倡导下,广大英语教师纷纷投入创新教学改革工作中,旨在给学生创造轻松、有趣、实用的英语环境氛围,调动中学生学习英语的兴趣与激情,突破传统英语课堂对学生听、说、读、写综合能力素质的抑制。本文结合新课标改革的具体内容,从培养学生学习能力、英语思维、语言能力以及文化品格四方面着手,探讨培养学生英语核心素养的具体策略。

great changes have taken place in junior high school English teaching activities under the guidance of the new curriculum reform.Under the initiative of cultivating students'English core qualities,many English teachers have invested in innovative teaching reforms,aiming at creating a relaxed,interesting and practical English environment for students,arousing the interest and passion of middle school students in learning English,and breaking through the inhibition of traditional English classes on students'comprehensive abilities of listening,speaking,reading and writing.Based on the specific content of the new curriculum reform,this paper discusses the specific strategies to cultivate students'English core qualities from four aspects of cultivating students'learning ability,English thinking,language ability and cultural character.
