和谐的师生关系在教育教学中能够起到重要的作用,教育工作者尤其是班主任应该注重和谐师生关系的培育。教师在班级管理工作中:一是要注重自身言行的塑造,二善于挖掘学生的闪光点、激发学生的自信心,三是要热爱学生、尊重学生、了解学生,四是要在师生互动中拉近学生与老师的心理距离。从而真正提高教育教学的时效性和实效性。

Harmonious teacher-student relationship can play an important role in education and teaching.Educators,especially class teachers,should pay attention to the cultivation of harmonious teacher-student relationship.In class management,teachers should pay attention to the shaping of their own words and deeds,dig out the shining points of students and stimulate their self-confidence,love students,respect students and understand students,and close the psychological distance between students and teachers in the interaction between teachers and students.So as to improve the timeliness and effectiveness of education and teaching.
