摘要 薪酬激励是调动职工积极性的重要方法,在企业环境中应当深入研究职工满意度与薪酬激励关系,根据薪酬激励中的问题,研究促进企业可持续发展的方法,达到调动职工积极性和促进企业发展的目标。 salary incentive is an important method to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.In the enterprise environment,the relationship between employee satisfaction and salary incentive should be deeply studied.According to the problems in salary incentive,the methods to promote the sustainable development of enterprises should be studied to achieve the goal of mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees and promoting the development of enterprises.
