On the Present Situation of Teaching Management in Middle Schools and Countermeasures

教学管理是现代学校管理的重要组成部分,是学校管理的关键。中学教学管理的水平对于学校的教学改革和发展有着重要作用。只有加强学校的教学管理,积极做好学校教学管理工作,才能实现学校的教学管理目标,促进学校教学管理科学发展。本文以中学班主任教师工作管理压力过大的现状入手,针对此现象给出了一系列的解决措施。

Teaching management is an important part of modern school management and the key to school management.The level of middle school teaching management plays an important role in school teaching reform and development.Only by strengthening the school's teaching management and actively doing a good job in the school's teaching management,can we achieve the goal of the school's teaching management and promote the scientific development of the school's teaching management.This paper starts with the current situation of the high pressure on the work management of middle school head teachers,and gives a series of solutions to this phenomenon.
