全麻气管插管咽喉部不适患者应用辨证护理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Syndrome Differentiation Nursing on Patients with General Anesthesia and Tracheal Intubation

目的:探讨全麻气管插管咽喉部不适患者应用辨证护理的效果.方法:选取201 7年4月~2018年7月期间我院收治的40例全麻气管插管咽喉部不适患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组(n=20例)与对照组(n=20例),观察组实施辩证护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比护理效果.结果:观察组各症状改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组疼痛评分比较无意义(P>0.05);干预后均显著下降,且组间差异显著(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:全麻气管插管咽喉部不适患者应用辨证护理的效果显著,可加快患者恢复,缓解疼痛感,改善生活质量,值得推广.

Objective: To investigate the effect of syndrome-based nursing in patients with general anesthesia and tracheal intubation for throat discomfort. Methods: A total of 40 patients with general anesthesia for tracheal intubation and throat discomfort from April 2017 to July 18,2017 were enrolled.According to the random number table methodL,they were divided into observation group ( 20 cases ) and control group ( 20 cases ).Dialectical nursing,the control group implemented routine care,and compared the nursing effect.ResultS:The improvement time of each symptom in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05 ).The pain scores of the two groups were not significant (P>0.05 ).The interventions were significantly decreased after intervention,and the differences between the groups were significant (P<0.05 ).The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:The effect of syndrome-based nursing in patients with general anesthesia and tracheal intubation is obvious,which can accelerate the recovery of patients,relieve pain and improve the quality of life.lt is worth promoting.
