梯骨远端骨折不同治疗方法临床疗效比较

Effect Comparison on the Fracture of Distal Radius by Three Different Fixations

目的:比较分析梯骨远端骨折不同治疗方法临床疗效。方法:2018年1月至2019年1月,本院收治88例橈骨远端骨折患者,根据患者术式的不同将骨折患者分为两组,对照组行石膏外固定治疗,观察组行切开复位内固定治疗,对比两组骨折患者治疗前、治疗6个月后的梯骨短缩长度、掌倾角、尺偏角、腕关节功能优良率。结果:两组骨折患者治疗前的橈骨短缩长度、掌倾角、尺偏角对比无差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的梯骨短缩长度、掌倾角、尺偏角均优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组骨折患者的腕关节功能优良率均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:切开复位内固定治疗橈骨远端骨折,疗效显著,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of different treatment methods for distal radius fracture.Mcthods:From January 2018 to January 2019, 88 patients with distal radius fracture were treated in our hospital.According to the different operation modes, the patients were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with gypsum external fixation and the observation group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The excellent and good rates of radial shortening length, palmar inclination, ulnar deflection and wrist joint function were compared between the two groups before treatment and 6 months after treatment.Results:There was no difference in the length of radial shortening, palmar inclination and ulnar deviation between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05 ).After treatment, the radial shortening length, palm inclination angle and ulnar deviation angle of the observation group were better than those of the control group, with significant difference ( P<0.05 ).The excellent and good rate of wrist joint function in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of distal radius fracture is effective and worthy of clinical application.
