基于水锤影响的消防给水系统压力体系探讨

摘要 水锤对消防系统有很大影响,分别计算出流量区间上的系统工作压力、泄压阀压力以及水锤压力,分析它们之间的关系,可以得知,在流量区间上,水锤压力是一个定值,而系统工作压力和泄压阀压力会随着设计工作压力的变化而变化,因此水锤对系统的影响大小与楼层的高低有很大关系。由于系统正常运行时不会出现超压状态,泄压阀此时是不会打开的,消除水锤要用水锤消除器或防水锤专用止回阀等专用附件。 Water hammer has a great influence on fire prevention system.By calculating the system working pressure,relief valve pressure and water hammer pressure in the flow interval,and analyzing the relationship between them,we can know that the water hammer pressure is a fixed value in the flow interval,and the system working pressure and relief valve pressure will change with the change of the design working pressure,so the impact of water hammer on the system has a great relationship with the height of the floor.Because the system will not be overpressure in normal operation,the relief valve will not be opened at this time.To eliminate water hammer,special accessories such as water hammer eliminator or water hammer check valve should be used.
