职业教育公共实训基地运行情况评估与改进对策研究——以青岛市职业教育公共实训基地为例

Research on Evaluation and Improvement of Operation in Vocational Education Public Training Base——Take Qingdao Vocational Education Public Training Base as an Example

不同地区的公共实训基地有不同的运行模式,其管理和运行效益可以采取某种绩效评价体系来进行评价,但评价结果的客观性和有效性难以保证。借鉴职业院校内部质量保障体系诊断与改进方案,可以建立一套实训基地运行评估指标体系。通过对青岛市职业教育公共实训基地的运行情况进行评估,有效诊断出实训基地运行各方面的问题,并提出改进对策。这对国内公共实训基地的有效运行将起到很好的借鉴作用。

There are different operation models in the public training bases from different regions. The management and operation benefit can be evaluated by a performance evaluation system, but the objectivity and validity of evaluation results are difficult to ensure. A set of evaluation and improvement system for the vocational education public training base can be built by referring to the internal quality assurance system diagnosis and improvement system in vocational colleges. By evaluating the operation states of Qingdao Vocational Education Public Training Base, we found out the problems in all aspects of the operation of the training base, and put forward corresponding countermeasures for improvement. This will be a good reference for the effective operation of domestic public training bases.
