高职家装营销复合型人才培养模式研究

摘要 家装行业的快速发展对营销人才提出了较高的要求,过去以专业为导向的人才培养模式已不能适应新时代企业对复合型人才的需求。目前,家装行业人才面临着人才品质下降、对高端人才需求量增加、营销岗位招聘门槛提高、人才成长速度缓慢等现状。从人才培养定位、培养目标、培养规格、培养方式构建高职家装营销复合型人才培养模式框架,从校企合作机制、复合型市场营销人才培养计划、特色课程及教材开发、实践性教学要求、师资队伍建设等方面来实现高职家装营销复合型人才培养模式的实施路径。 The rapid development of the home improvement industry puts high demands for marketing talents. The past professional-oriented talent training model can not meet the needs of the composite talents of the new era. At present, the home improvement industry is facing a decline in the quality of talents. The current situation is that the demand for high-end talents is increasing, the threshold for marketing posts is heightening, and the growth rate of talents is slowing. The article builds a framework of training mode for multi-disciplinary marketing talents from the orientation of personnel training, training objectives, training specifications and training methods. From school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, compound marketing talent training plan, special course and textbook development, practical teaching requirements, teaching staff are constructed to achieve the implementation path of the hybrid vocational marketing talent training model.
