摘要
世界技能大赛在52个技能门类中设定的国际标准,代表了职业技能发展的世界先进水平,为技能人才的培养和教学教改指明方向。以餐厅服务项目为例,通过梳理近几年的比赛经验,简要阐述了如何以赛促教,把竞赛标准转化至日常教学当中,将人才培养融入教学改革过程中。唯此,我国的职业教育才能培养出与世界接轨全方位发展的综合型人才,满足社会对高素质技能人才的需要。
The World Skills Competition set the international standards in 52 skills categories which represents the world advanced level of vocational skill development and indicates the direction for the training of skilled personnel and teaching reform. Taking the restaurant service project as an example and sorting out and analyzing the experience in recent years, this article briefly expounds how to promote teaching by competition, transform competition standards into daily teaching, and integrate talent training into the process of teaching reform. Only in this way can China’s vocational education cultivate comprehensive talents who are in line with the world’s all-round development and meet the needs of society for high-quality skilled personnel.
