摘要
对教师专业发展中PCK的构成要素和价值归属的梳理,有助于明晰高职教研的定位,改革高职教研的内容和形式,促进教研活动的有效性。针对当前高职教研活动存在的问题,可以从五个方面进行优化:建立高职教师专业发展的标准,明确高职教研的定位;搭建"合作性"教学文化的教研平台,优化高职教师PCK提升的路径;分层分类,创新高职教师PCK提升的教研活动形式;制度保障,完善高职教研活动的绩效考核机制;文化融合,探索符合学校文化特色的校本教研模式。
A survey of the components and value attribution of PCK in teachers’ professional development will help to clarify the orientation, reform the content and form of higher vocational teaching and research, and promote the effectiveness of teaching and research activities. In view of the problems existing in the current higher vocational teaching and research activities, we can optimize them from five aspects: establishing the standards of professional development of higher vocational teachers and defining the orientation of higher vocational teaching and research;building a teaching and research platform of "cooperative" teaching culture and optimizing the path of PCK promotion of higher vocational teachers;layering classification and innovating the form of teaching and research activities of PCK promotion of higher vocational teachers;guaranteeing system and perfecting the performance appraisal mechanism of teaching and research activities in higher vocational colleges;integrating culture,and exploring school-based teaching and research model on the characteristics of school culture.
