灌输论在新时代青年思想政治教育中的定位探究

新时代,多元文化的冲击导致青年群体内部价值取向的多样性与冲突性,灌输主客体之间矛盾的冲击弱化了新时代青年思想政治教育的实效性,传播媒介的变迁使得新时代青年思想政治教育的外部环境复杂化加深。虽然灌输论在新时代青年思想政治教育中遭遇挑战,但其仍是关于青年思想政治教育的科学化与系统化的理论体系,是经过实践检验的、与时俱进的理论体系,是青年思想政治教育的基本原则以及党和国家应对西方意识形态侵蚀的有效方式。我们要与时俱进,完善灌输论的理论体系,提升灌输主客体的综合素质,并与多样化的传播手段相结合以更新灌输方式,从而提升青年思想政治教育的实际效果。

In the new era, the impact of multiculturalism has led to the diversity and conflict of value orientation inside the youth group. The contradictions between the subject and the object of indoctrination have weakened the effectiveness of the ideological and political education for the young people in the new era. What’s more, the media variation has made the external environment of youth ideological and political education more complicated in the new era. Although the indoctrination theory has encountered practical challenges in the ideological and political education of the youth in the new era, it is still a theoretical system for the youth ideological and political education featuring scientificalization and systematization, a theoretical system that has been proven by practice and has advanced with the times. It is the basic principle of youth ideological and political education and an effective way for the Party and the state to cope with Western ideological infiltration. We must keep pace with the times, improve the theoretical system of indoctrination, improve the overall quality of both the subject and the object, and combine it with diversified communication means, in order to update the method for instillation, thereby enhancing the practical effect of the youth ideological and political education.
