摘要
针对上社矿15502进风巷受动压影响围岩帮部变形量大的特点,分析了动压回采巷道围岩变形破坏机理,提出了动压回采巷道全断面长短锚索强帮护顶支护原理,并结合FLAC3D数值模拟结果,最终确定了上社煤矿15502进风巷最优支护方案.本支护方案以全断面长短锚索强帮护顶支护原理为指导思想,以高预应力长短锚索为关键技术.矿压监测结果表明,该方案可有效地控制动压回采巷道变形.
In view of the characteristics of large deformation of the surrounding rock affected by the dynamic pressure of the 15502 intake airflow tunnel in ShangShe coal mine,analyzes the deformation and failure mechanism of surrounding rock of high stress dynamic pressure mining roadway,and puts forward the roadside and roof governing coordinately principle of full section anchor cable support in high stress dynamic pressure mining roadway,combined with FLAC3D numerical simulation results,the optimal support scheme for the 15502 intake airflow tunnel of the Shangshe coal mine was determined.The whole section cable supporting is the guiding principle of supporting scheme,the key techniques are the high performance torque the prestressed anchor cable.The results of mine pressure monitoring show that this scheme can control the deformation of high stress dynamic pressure mining roadway effectively.
