摘要
为了提高抽采钻孔封孔质量,采用卸压瓦斯带宽度理论计算、钻孔探测仪窥视煤巷和岩巷塑性区分布范围、钻屑量法分析煤体内的应力分布状态等对瓦斯抽采钻孔合理封孔深度进行研究.结果表明:穿层钻孔封孔长度应大于3.8 m,取值6.5 m;顺层钻孔封孔长度应大于9.55 m,小于14 m,取值11 m.合理的封孔深度在瓦斯抽采应用过程中达到预期的效果.
In order to improve the hole sealing quality,studies the reasonable sealing depth of gas drainage drilling by the theoretical calculation of the pressure relief gas zone width,detecting the distribution range of plastic zone in roadway by borehole detector,analysis the stress distribution in coal by drilling chip quantity method.The results show that the reasonable sealing depths of the layer-through borehole were 6.5 m which should be greater than 3.8 m,and he reasonable sealing depths of the parallel drilling were 1l m which should be less than 14 m.Good results were obtained during the gas drainage application.
