摘要
目前,部分煤矿提升机系统采用直流全数字直流提升机电控设备,该设备在运行过程中,会产生大量谐波,对煤矿供电网络产生污染.针对煤矿提升机供电网络的这一问题,采用级联H桥型有源滤波器(APF)来达到降低煤矿电网谐波的目的,对于其交流侧控制,引入了反馈加前馈复合控制,该方法的跟踪性能比传统的反馈控制更加良好.对于直流侧控制,提出了对三相电压以及同相电容电压分别进行控制的方法:通过将有功电流注入参考电流的方法实现三相电压的平衡,同时通过将有功电压注入电压调制波的方法实现同相电容电压的平衡.最后给出了所设计系统的仿真验证.
Part of hoist system in coal mine adopt full digital DC motor speed control devices,which easily brings about harmonic wave and pollutes the coal mine grid.In order to solve this problem in the coal mine,the cascaded H bridge APF is developed to reduce harmonic wave in the mine grid.A compound control strategy of feedback and feed-forward control is adopted for AC-side,and the tracking performance of it is more favorable than the conventional feedback control.For the DC-side control,it proposes a new method to control three-phase voltage and the same phase capacitor voltage respectively:inject the active current into reference current to keep the three-phase voltage balance and inject active voltage into the modulation voltage wave to keep the same phase capacitor voltage balance.It gives the cascaded H-bridge active filter and verifies the feasibility of the designed system by simulation.
