摘要
目前采煤机设计只是重视功能性要求,而忽视用户对采煤机使用体验,尤其是采煤机管路系统.为了优化管路系统,阐述了2种类型管路特点,并介绍了管路设计的内容,通过三维软件及工艺要求,确定胶管长度及走向,优化了管路系统布局.
At present,functional requirements of the shearer are just focused on.However,user experience is ignored,especially the pipeline system.To improve the pipeline system,the characteristic of two types of pipeline is demonstrated,the content of pipeline design is described.The length of hoses is determined by 3D software and process requirements.
