摘要
通过对无过载水泵设计理论的深入研究,对潜水电泵叶轮进行重新设计,并通过具体实验数据进行了理论验证,阐明了无过载技术的优点,为解决深水抢险电泵在使用过程中因流量过大而引起过载的情况提供了一些方案.
Through the in-depth study of the design theory of non-overload water pump,the submersible pump impeller is redesigned,and the theoretical verification is carried out through specific experimental data.The advantages of the no-overload technology are clarified,in order to solve the problem of the deep-water rescue electric pump in use.The situation where the flow is too large and causes an overload provides some solutions.
