橡塑电捕焦油增塑环氧树脂性能的研究

摘要 以橡塑发泡材料生产过程中产生的电捕焦油,通过吸附再脱附回收油性物质,经活性炭初步提纯后作为环氧树脂的增塑剂(ECT环氧树脂增塑剂).以二乙烯三胺和AGE为原料,合成中低温环氧树脂固化剂(AD环氧树脂固化剂),应用到环氧树脂固化阶段.对ETC环氧树脂增塑剂分别与普通环氧树脂增塑剂DOP和氯化石蜡进行对比实验,对三种增塑剂加入E-44型环氧树脂中固化完成后得到环氧树脂试样进行力学性能分析.对加入ETC环氧树脂增塑剂和氯化石蜡的环氧树脂进行热稳定性分析.结果表明,当ETC加入量占E-44环氧树脂质量10%时,环氧树脂材料力学性能达到最佳,拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别为44.24MPa和86.85MPa.ETC作为环氧树脂的增塑剂比加入氯化石蜡的环氧树脂初始分解温度提高了5℃.实验结果表明ETC环氧树脂增塑剂达到了增塑的效果,实现了工业废料的利用同时减少了对环境的危害. The electric catching tar,which is produced in the production process of rubber plastic foaming material,is preliminarily purified by activated carbon via adsorption and desorption,then it is used as a plasticizer for epoxy resin(ECT epoxy resin plasticizer).A medium-low temperalure epoxy resin curing agent(AD epoxy resin curing agent)is synthesized with the diethylenetriamine and AGE as raw materials,and is applied in the stage of epoxy resin curing.The epoxy resin sample plasticized by the ETC epoxy resin plasticizer is compared with the one plasticized with DOP and with chlorinated paraffin respectively,and the mechanical analysis for the cured samples of E-44 epoxy resin plasticized with the three kinds of plasticizer mentioned above is performed.And the thermal stability analysis is carried out for the one plasticized with ETC and with chlorinated paraffin.The results show that the tensile strength and flexural strength of epoxy resin material plasticized with 10% ETC reaches 44.24 MPa and86.85 MPa respectively,the mechanical properties achieve optimum.The initial decomposition temperature of epoxy resin material plasticized with10% ETC is higher than that of epoxy resin material plasticized with chlorinated paraffin by 5℃.The experimental results show that the ETC epoxy resin plasticizer achieves the plasticizing effect for the epoxy resin,and may realize the utilization of industrial waste and the reduction of environmental hazard.
