本文在分析以学科竞赛促进应用型人才培养必要性的基础上,以重庆邮电大学移通学院为例,总结了学科竞赛在应用型人才培养中存在资源有限、组织管理制度和培养模式不完善的问题。逐步探索和实践学科竞赛的组织管理模式,构建以软硬件应用为中心的学科竞赛平台。

based on the analysis of the necessity of promoting the cultivation of applied talents by subject competi-tion,this paper takes the school of zhitong,chongqing university of posts and telecommunications as an example, and summarizes the problems of limited resources,imperfect organizational management system and training mode in the cultivation of applied talents by subject competition. Gradually explore and practice the organization and management mode of discipline competition,and build a discipline competition platform centered on the application of software and hardware.
