《城市轨道交通票务管理》理实一体化教学改革探索——以江西现代职业技术学院城市轨道交通运营管理专业为例

Exploration on the Reform of Rational and Integrated Teaching of Urban Rail Transit Ticket Management--Taking the Urban Rail Transit Operation Management Major of Jiangxi Modern Vocational and Technical College as an Example

理实一体化教学是高职院校培养适应企业需求的技能型人才的常用方法之一,文章以江西现代职业技术学院城市轨道交通运营管理专业为例,分析目前该专业在《城市轨道交通票务管理》课程教学中存在的不足,结合课程特点、专业现有的实训设备以及企业对票务岗位的职业能力需求,提出该课程理论与实践一体的教学模式改革。

Integration theory&practice teaching is one of usual methods for higher vocational colleges to train skilled talents to meet needs of enterprises.Paper takes rail transit operation management major of Jiangxi Modern Polytechnic College as example.Firstly analyzes current disadvantage teaching method of curriculum ticket management rail transit.Secondly regarding course characteristics,existing training equipment and enterprises requirement for ability of ticket position,finally this paper puts forward teaching mode reform of integrating theory&practice.
