随着中国经济的迅速发展,中国的科技发展速度也在不断加快。在科技发展的影响下,大数据的发展概念已经进入了众多行业的事务管理中。本文主要介绍了大数据时代下实验室发展的方向以及所面临的严峻形势。并且针对大数据的发展特点,对实验室的管理方式提出了相对应的改革方向。

With the rapid development of China's economy,China's science and technology development speed is also accelerating.Under the influence of the development of science and technology,the concept of big data development has entered the management of many industries.This paper mainly introduces the direction of laboratory development under the era of big data and the severe situation it faces.And in view of the development characteristics of big data,the corresponding reform direction is proposed for the management mode of the laboratory.
