摘要
本文研究电控柴油机燃烧过程的模拟与分析,应用AVL的FireESEDiesel软件,对柴油机的三种具有代表性的燃烧室的缸内喷雾及燃烧过程进行了三维模拟计算,根据计算结果,对气缸内的湍流动能、涡流速率、平均压力、平均温度、累计放热量进行模拟计算及分析,仿真结果可为柴油机燃烧过程的改善提供有价值的参考依据。
This paper studies the simulation and analysis of the combustion process of electronically controlled diesel engines.Using AVL's Fire ESE Diesel software,the three-dimensional simulation calculation of the in-cylinder spray and combustion process of three representative combustion chambers of diesel engines is carried out.According to the calculation results,The simulation and analysis of turbulent flow energy,Eddy current rate,average pressure,average temperature and cumulative heat discharge in the cylinder can provide valuable reference for improving the combustion process of diesel engine.
